Although the fee is not cheap but you get what you pay for. With close follow up, tenant is being found quickly with Kelly and realistic solutions are being proposed to close the deal smoothly.Then the case is passed to Helen who help me to on board the tenant smoothly and all the paperwork are finalised in few days.If Julie Twist can further offer vacant property management (more convenient for overseas landlord) it will make the service even more comprehensive! Excellent service from David and Margaret from Julie Twist's maintenance team. I had both bedroom carpets replaced - was kept informed of progress and on the day of fitting, I returned to two new carpets but the clean up afterwards and care meant you would have known anyone had been in to carry out the work.It was a painless experience and I much appreciated the teams efforts Charles'
