The team were fantastic from start to finish. Dawn kindly arranged for the photographer to come out the same day as the house was valued so I didn't have to re tidy the house on another date to have the pictures done (big help when you work full time and have messy young children!). Photographer was quick and moved things around to ensure the pictures came out well. He also ensured that everything was put back in its original place before he left. Within 8 hours of deciding to sell we were live on Rightmove with pictures. Around a week later we had an open day and the house was sold. Three offers had been made each offer was vetted and explained to us thoroughly prior to us choosing which one to accept. Throughout the rest of the communication from the team was amazing there were constant updates. Jayne specifically went above and beyond round the houses to get updates and get things moving when our buyers tricky personal circumstances led to them almost pulling out of the purchase.
