MK Estates launched in 2013, an independent company ready to embrace change and challenge the traditional estate agency way to improve how our industry works. Our aim is to provide you with a personal and professional, stress-free service for all your residential and commercial property requirements.

As well as being Estate agents by day, we are landlords and home owners so we know only too well what you are looking for when selecting an agent to look after your interests in a property. We’ve been there, done that. We understand this business, how to sell or let your home, and that each client is different in their requirements, which gives us the edge.

We are not a corporate chain, owned by investors or purely an online agent. We have an office, a carefully selected team, all live locally and we own our business. All of this means we can spend more time focusing on what’s important to you.

1. Our team … are key to our success. We invest time in training, providing a comfortable working environment, incentives and approachable management teams. For us our investment in our people is both professional and personal. All of our sales and lettings professionals are trained to provide you with the highest quality of service at all times.

We are always keen to support the local area and community… We support local independent businesses (like ours!) with referral trade, especially in our lettings department who will only use local trusted contractors. We support a local charity in their fundraising endeavours. During the year we take part in several organised events, if you would like to be involved let us know. We love where we live, and know the local area so we want to give back when we can.

3. Our business ethics are clear… the moving process is stressful. It requires patience, trust and strong relationships, built on honesty and integrity.
