Morris Armitage was selling a bungalow for us of which there were problems with the roof once a structural survey had been completed. They put the price down in agreement with us and then sold it fairly quickly once the price was corrected. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and were very friendly and helpful in all of the dealings. We felt that with both potential buyers and ourselves they were very efficient.
