Moxy Property agents have sold two of my houses both times excellent service. They go out of their way to make it very personal and very friendly. Moxy are very honest from the start they will give you a realistic price for your property and do everything to get it sold quickly. I know there is someone doing fake bad reviews at the moment and I can assure you that they are quality professional and wonderful people to work with. The pink shop in Rochester gives the whole High Street a bit of bling. I will always recommend Moxy and they are the number one estate agents in Medway. Oh my goodness; what an absolutely fantastic estate agents. In the past Estate Agents have never really sat well in my eyes. When I first met Matt Jones back in August 2020 when he valued our home, I instantly felt reassured. We then found our dream home and needed our house to go on the market quickly so we could be in a better position, I phoned Matt on the Sunday and an hour later he had already booked in 4 viewings for the next day and this was all before our home went live online. Moxy are amazing! I got a job in another part of the country so needed to sell my house in Kent. Jen was our agent and she is an absolute angel. She got our house on the market super quickly and organised really great professional photos. She held viewings and managed the offers getting us serious offers almost immediately. We took the house off the market after 4 days. The whole process was super easy, Jen was amazing and liaised between all parties smoothing out problems as they arose and we ended up completing and moving in around 10 weeks. Jen was so positive and friendly the whole way through, even times when I was getting stressed about buying and selling in the middle of a pandemic she was calm and always had a solution. I instructed Moxy based on reviews I had seen on Facebook raving about how good they were. And now I'm leaving my own review raving about them :) they were a total breath of fresh air and I so so recommend them
