LETTINGS

Experienced Leasing Manager, Muriel Hall, oversees the marketing and management of our rental properties. Muriel completed the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property in 2018. Neill Clerk are registered as a Letting Agent with the Scottish Government to comply with the regulations which came into force in 2018. We are a member of the Council of Letting Agents and Scottish Association of Landlords. All rental properties are advertised online, on social media and through our busy office. We will conduct all viewings and once an acceptable tenant is secured we will prepare the lease agreement and all necessary paperwork. Following this we can manage the ongoing rental.
