The Lincoln branch of Newton Fallowell was established January 1st 2007 and is situated on "estate agents row" otherwise known as Silver Street close to the city centre of Lincoln.

Peter Sandy and Rebecca Hoyles are Directors and head up a sales and lettings team with Abbie Rawding spearheading sales and Rebecca Ablard streamlining lettings.

Open 7 days a week the office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm, with accompanied viewings also available outside of these opening times.
