Founded in 2018 by Directors, James Perry & Nick Daley, the company has quickly become known as one the leading residential sales and lettings agents in Brighton & Hove. As the brand grew, so did our area. We have sold and let property across Sussex from our office in Hove using innovative technology and good old-fashioned customer service.
In 2021 our business expanded to offer property auctions with the addition of James Hance as Director and Nick Muston as Auctioneer. James and Nick are both well-respected figures in the industry and look to continue the growth of Nicholas James across Sussex and beyond.
Our ethos is to provide unrivalled trust and transparency. Our software allows every single client an insight into what we're doing on a daily basis, including marketing stats, live viewings diary and direct feedback from applicants immediately after each viewing.
We are proud to be an independent company and enjoy being able to support local charities and community groups. Staying true to Brighton & Hove's culture, we utilise our technology to be as green as possible and give back to the environment.
