Ocean was established in 1983, with an enviable reputation for professionalism and unrivalled customer service, it is the most successful privately owned estate agency in Bristol.

Ocean has established offices within various areas of Bristol; locations have been selected to satisfy the demands of our clients and help them move from one area of the city to the next as their property needs change. We now have eight offices, Clifton, Bishopston, Southville, Filton, Knowle, Bradley Stoke, Westbury on Trym and Shirehampton.

Adopting the same ethos to customer service and professionalism, we created companies to encompass the whole of the house buying and selling process. We now have Ocean Letting & Management, Ocean Mortgages our free & independent mortgage advisors in each branch, Ocean Surveyors and Ocean Property Lawyers. We can now offer our customers an unrivalled service; we even have a free monthly Ocean Magazine; and there is Ocean café in Clifton.

This expansion is due solely to our clients recommending us to friends and colleagues or returning to us when the time comes to move on.
