"I first heard about Pendle Hill Properties over 10-12 years ago when I was looking for another agent to take over the management of some of our rental properties. I decided to use them because I met Andrew and he was very competitive and obviously knew what he was talking about! A couple of years ago we decided to sell one of the properties due to ill health forcing us to downsize our property portfolio. We left it to Andrew who recommended putting it in an auction. I didn't have to do anything apart from sign the relevant paperwork, which suited me fine. I have dealt with different staff members for the different aspects of my needs. They are all extremely helpful, very family-orientated and we are all on first-name terms. They have sorted problems that arose during the letting period, from finding suitable tenants to finding me workmen who came highly recommended. I have dealt with Pendle Hill Properties for both residential and selling, building up a very long history with them. Only last week another of our properties was sold by them. Once again there was no hassle for me and Andrew and his team have taken all the pressure off me. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. Their prices are very competitive and the service second to none. We have, over 52 years of marriage and buying and selling our own homes, had quite a few disasters with estate agents who were unprofessional, but never with Pendle Hill Properties. Compared to some of the other agents, who have been going years, Andrew was relatively new to the game, but he has worked hard to build up his business and that hard work is now paying off.
