• How it all started...Property Ladder opened its doors in the troubled property market of 2008. Founded by our MD, James Brooks, we navigated the troubled market of the credit crunch carving out our position as a respected agency, putting our customers first and achieving enviable sales results.

  James knew, whether the market is booming or in recession, there is always a place in the market for a company who puts a strong focus on client satisfaction, whilst delivering excellent sale prices. This is our principle goal, to this day.

• It's a family affair! It's important for you to know that we are an independent, family run business. With five family members, working day to day in the business it means you will always be talking to someone who cares about your move and your opinion of our service. It also means we are adaptable in our approach. If you require accompanied viewings? No problem. If you require weekly updates? That's fine too! Nothing is too much trouble.

  The first thing we ask every potential client of ours, whether buying or selling, is "tell us about your move". That's because everyone's move is different. You may be moving up the market, selling an investment or making a move into retirement.
