If all Estate Agents were like Richard they would have a very good reputation! He gave us an incredible service and fantastic (& accurate) advice through the whole buying and selling process. I always felt he was in 'our corner' and did all that he could to ensure our sale went well. We sold our 3 bed semi in HP2 via Richard Sears in Aug 2016. After bringing in the obligatory 3 agents, including the big online one, there was no doubt in our minds over which to use. Richard has a deep knowledge of the area and the market, along with a personality that's genuinely friendly, without being 'greasy', if you know what I mean - No mean feat for an estate agent.
