Purple Property shop was recommended to myself and my partner by a trusted friend.We had had a few bad experiences with Estate agents previously.Some companies not being ethical, reliable orprofessional in their dealings with us. We were naturally wary, but on first meeting Matt and Sallyour reservations quickly disappeared.Matt, Sally, Kerry and Christine have all been extremely helpful,kind, courteous, professional in every way,and always happy to help.They return every call promptly and are very efficient indeed.It is not often a person can say that they feel listened to when buying or selling houses. Often in factyour individual and specific requirements are not met and the process is all about profits for the Agents and not about your individual needs.However, in the case of The Purple Poperty shop team, all our needs have been met .Our property has not languishedon their books with little hope of a sale , as can be the situation with other Estate agents.Their market appraisal of a property is timely, realistic and honest. Matt goes through all the paperworkat your pace, explaining anything you are unsure about, and allowing you time to fully consider things. He and Sally donot rush you, or push you to make any decisions. Sally's photography and write up about our propety was first rateand we feel sure the combination of a realistic price, good photos, and descriptions, and good staff input at the viewingstage, helped to sell our house on the 2nd viewing; it was sold subject to contract in a matter of weeks.In this current difficult and challenging market, it shows the Purple Property shop team is a winner.Big is not always better... 3 of the biggest Estateagents in the area/country came to give us a valuation and were 'pushy' and overpriced in their fees.We took the pay up front option at 0.4% which was excellent value for money.As our friend recommended them to us, so we will recommend them to others without hesitation.Well doneMatt and Sally.Chris and Rosemarie, Harwood
