We have found the whole experience with Venture excellent. I have worked with other companies when letting my flat, and I can honestly say Venture have been outstanding in comparison. You seemed to always think of us and what was right for us rather than pushing to get the tenancy filled. Your communication was always excellent and I was always impressed by the fact that everyone seemed to know who I was and which property I was talking about without me having to explain it every time. It gave a real sense that you cared about us as clients. We appreciated your patience with finding the right tenant and your positivity around the process every time. The selling process could not have been more smooth either. It was so stress free. We really appreciate everything you have done for us and will miss you! If ever we need to deal with estate agents again, we will definitely come back to Venture. I genuinely always recommend you to friends and family. We had a very positive experience..
