The Partnership has strong local ties with the local and the surrounding area, all living in or very close to the town they love, a town of which they are extremely proud - the company, Wye Residential takes its name from the Wye River, which runs through the centre of High Wycombe. The river runs from high in the Chiltern Hills, through Wycombe on its way to Bourne End where it meets the River Thames, on the reach above Cookham Lock. - High Wycombe is reputed to have derived its name from the river.
