I asked haart and one other agent to outline how they would sell my house. I choose haart because Gero, the manager of the local branch, impressed me with his approach and inspired confidence that they would provide personal attention and take whatever steps appropriate to not only sell my house, but get the best price they possibly could. Other members of staff, including Jag, Ridwan and Raheel all contacted me at different times to agree arrangements for prospective buyers to view the house and I was happy to leave it to them to show people round as they clearly knew what to say in such situations. I was kept fully informed when offers were made and given advice on whether or not to accept and, whether they thought a better offer could be achieved. The house was sold for the full asking price, which was pleasing. Once I found a property I wanted to buy, I was most impressed by the efforts of staff at haart to make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible; in particular Sonal was most helpful and pro-active in keeping things moving. Sonal phoned me at least once a week to let me know what progress was being made, where hold-ups, what was being done to overcome them. I found Sonals involvement most re-assuring as my previous experiences, with other agents, not hearing what was happening was quite stressful and frustrating when different people in the chain would give different accounts of what they understood was happening.
