I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you Hannah and your team. You have all been so friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding. I feel like you are my extended family. It has been much more of a challenge than I am sure that any of us originally expected but we could not have done it without your support. Thank you all so much for everything. I did want to give a particular mention to Christie. Even though I have not had much contact with her other than the last few weeks I must say how incredibly impressed I have been with her level of maturity and her capacity to stay calm, friendly and extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole time that she has been involved. I really do feel that she has gone over the call of duty; she has kept in touch with me at every point and I have not felt at any time that I had to chase her as she was in constant contact updating me with everything that was going on. Every time we have spoken she has brought light to an extremely stressful number of situations and we have been able to laugh at most things! She is mature beyond her years and it really has been a pleasure to work with her. I have daughters of a similar age and I would be very proud to think that they were working so hard, effectively and with the level of integrity that she works from. We approached haart estate agents because we are looking to move from Harlow to St Neots area, when visiting the haart St Neots branch we sat down with Toby and he provided us with a list of properties that he considered would be best suited for us recognising what was important for our needs. We were very impressed with Toby's friendly, yet very professional attitude towards us, he always got back to us with any queries that we wanted answers to.We put in an offer for one of the properties, but following the survey decided not to proceed. Now we have put in an offer on another property, unfortunately with a different agency but would like to say thank you to Toby for all the time and patience that he showed to us, he put in a lot of hard work.
