I cannot praise Ranvir or haart highly enough for their service in enabling me to sell my flat recently. After the property slump some years ago I was not confident that a tower block flat would sell and return me some profit, but Ranvir at haart was very confident that haart could achieve this for me. It was his confidence that inspired me to leave the task of selling my flat with haart and that decision was rewarded a very short time later when I was asked to approve the sale, I can still hardly believe that it sold so quickly and that you enabled us to get such a large sum of money for it. I was a bit hesitant when I gave the house to Ranvir as I have been buying and selling for quite some time and always used other agents. I was so impressed when Danny insisted on accompanied viewings even if he had to stay late. In the past I was always left alone to do the viewings. Danny was brilliant at marketing the house and managed to find a buyer really quickly, who, unfortunately dropped out two weeks before Christmas. We had a couple of viewings late December and Ranvir came with the prospective purchasers, stayed the entire time, was brilliant and engaging, had excellent knowledge of the area, the market in Walthamstow, and even my neighbourhood. In no hurry to leave; he stayed behind just talking to people and giving his best. Three or four more viewings, Ranvir was determined to find a buyer, was followed by two couples being interested in the house. Ranvir liaised with them and the initial offers and price I achieved was much higher than expected; all down to Ranvir. I liked that everything was confirmed in writing and email. Whenever I rang the offices everybody was always fully update with all information. Once the transaction commenced Karen, the sales progressor was amazing. I believe it completed so quickly because of Karen and her expertise. We had extremely difficult buyers but Karen was brilliant dealing with them, their solicitors, me and my solicitor. I always dealt with Karen directly as she was even better than my solicitor. She has an excellent knowledge of Walthamstow and market trends in general. She is very human as well and gives you great advice. I would sell another house tomorrow with haart and Karen. I truly believe that Karen is one of the most important figures in the office of haart. I cannot say it was anything less than amazing; my situation was very challenging but everyone went out of their way to give, what was, excellent customer service. We met at the property initially and the viewing was very informative. I needed to arrange a 2nd viewing so that my business partners could view the property and a viewing with the vendor was quickly arrange.
