I guess that Kirsti and I were in a slightly peculiar position of buying a house and not quite having to decide whether to sell or rent our previous home. You and your colleagues handled this situation delicately and ensured that we were always fully aware of our options. Quite frankly I was very amazed when you got us the offer of £180k which is a current record for that terrace and evidently a sign of the determination and persistence of you and your team. Unfortunately for your office this sum just wasn't enough for us, but as a company it was a win, because as you are well aware it is now rented through the Chelmsford lettings branch.The purchase of our new property was also extremely smooth, 8 weeks from start to finish has got to be some sort of record. Our thanks to everyone involved with this purchase. We are starting the refurbishment and very excited about our future in this wonderful home.I look forward to meeting with you for a valuation once the refurbishment is complete, just give us a year or two.
