Cheshire, with an overall average price of £319,876 was more expensive than nearby Merseyside (£227,857), Greater Manchester (£272,149) and Lancashire (£211,639). The most expensive area within Cheshire was Mottram St. Andrew (£1,997,500) and the cheapest was Latchford (£173,761).

Overall sold prices in Cheshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £317,733.
