Gloucestershire, with an overall average price of £380,176, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Somerset (£363,723), but was more expensive than Wiltshire (£346,851) and cheaper than Bristol (County) (£399,929). The most expensive area within Gloucestershire was Chipping Campden (£805,326) and the cheapest was Cinderford (£221,810).

Overall sold prices in Gloucestershire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £380,051.
