Lancashire, with an overall average price of £211,639 was cheaper than nearby Greater Manchester (£272,149), Merseyside (£227,857) and Cheshire (£319,876). The most expensive area within Lancashire was Chipping (£539,400) and the cheapest was Nelson (£104,481).

Overall sold prices in Lancashire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £210,400.
