Mid Wales, with an overall average price of £270,320 was more expensive than nearby North Wales (£229,981), South Wales (£243,588) and West Wales (£237,008). The priciest area within Mid Wales was Powys (£268,121) and the least expensive was Ceredigion (£259,328).
During the last year, sold prices in Mid Wales were similar to the previous year and similar to 2022 when the average house price was £268,417.
