The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £576,829. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £369,058, with terraced properties fetching £342,129.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £413,119, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£423,439) and Berkshire (£423,529), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£332,128). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Jericho (£987,274) and the cheapest was Brize Norton (£273,298).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 10% up on the 2015 level of £374,592.
