The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £672,902. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £442,365, with terraced properties fetching £398,580.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £476,888, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£488,528) and Berkshire (£492,590), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£393,547). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Kingham (£1,364,286) and the cheapest was Banbury (£300,085).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £483,615.
