Wiltshire, with an overall average price of £347,821 was cheaper than nearby Bristol (County) (£395,011), Gloucestershire (£379,476) and Dorset (£403,311). The priciest area within Wiltshire was Crudwell (£1,035,000) and the least expensive was Tidworth (£242,719).
During the last year, sold prices in Wiltshire were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2021 when the average house price was £332,244.
