Most of the sales in Abbots Bromley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £540,567. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £325,980 and terraced properties averaged at £244,475.
Abbots Bromley, with an overall average price of £456,624 was more expensive than nearby Yoxall (£338,532), Rugeley (£205,176) and Hixon (£244,296).
In the past year house prices in Abbots Bromley were 17% up on the year before and 31% up on 2012 when they averaged at £348,938.
