Most of the sales in Abbots Bromley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £504,289. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £388,733 and terraced properties averaged at £192,150.
Abbots Bromley, with an overall average price of £440,184 was more expensive than nearby Yoxall (£336,066), Rugeley (£195,612) and Hixon (£208,525).
In the past year house prices in Abbots Bromley were 14% up on the year before and 26% up on 2012 when they averaged at £348,938.
