Aigburth, with an overall average price of £210,966 was more expensive than nearby Sefton Park (£171,205), but was cheaper than Mossley Hill (£239,612) and Allerton (£259,785).
Overall sold prices in Aigburth over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 9% up on the 2015 level of £192,675.
