Last year most property sales in Ainsdale involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £190,716. Detached properties sold for an average price of £286,734, while flats fetched £132,594.
Ainsdale, with an overall average price of £212,201 was more expensive than nearby Meols Cop (£177,861) and Southport (£195,073), but was cheaper than Birkdale (£231,886).
During the last year, sold prices in Ainsdale were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2015 when the average house price was £203,009.
