Last year most property sales in Aldborough Hatch involved terraced properties which sold for on average £488,213. Flats sold for an average price of £265,536, while semi-detached properties fetched £512,474.
Aldborough Hatch, with an overall average price of £423,016, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ilford (£420,057), but was more expensive than Newbury Park (£388,540) and cheaper than Gants Hill (£482,895).
During the last year, sold prices in Aldborough Hatch were 9% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2015 when the average house price was £334,888.
