Most of the sales in Alperton over the past year were flats which on average sold for £278,439. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £435,800 and semi-detached properties averaged at £524,333.
Alperton, with an overall average price of £385,643 was more expensive than nearby Wembley Central (£340,911), but was cheaper than Monks Park (£448,711) and Wembley (£424,153).
In the past year house prices in Alperton were 4% up on the year before and similar to 2016 when they averaged at £388,602.
