The majority of sales in Arkley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £486,603. Detached properties sold for an average of £1,197,818, with semi-detached properties fetching £628,833.

Arkley, with an overall average price of £743,614 was more expensive than nearby High Barnet (£558,861), Barnet Gate (£506,192) and Chipping Barnet (£506,192).
