The majority of sales in Arkley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £492,947. Detached properties sold for an average of £1,248,722, with semi-detached properties fetching £775,167.

Arkley, with an overall average price of £739,595 was more expensive than nearby High Barnet (£592,310), Barnet Gate (£548,299) and Chipping Barnet (£548,299).

Overall sold prices in Arkley over the last year were 8% down on the previous year and 14% down on the 2015 level of £860,930.
