The majority of sales in Armthorpe during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £125,610. Detached properties sold for an average of £211,660, with terraced properties fetching £102,102.
Armthorpe, with an overall average price of £141,151, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kirk Sandall (£145,527) and Doncaster (£146,177), but was cheaper than Edenthorpe (£158,388).
Overall sold prices in Armthorpe over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £143,884.
