The majority of sales in Armthorpe during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £123,691. Detached properties sold for an average of £216,789, with terraced properties fetching £112,208.
Armthorpe, with an overall average price of £143,795, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kirk Sandall (£141,722) and Doncaster (£146,381), but was cheaper than Edenthorpe (£159,444).
Overall sold prices in Armthorpe over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £143,884.
