The majority of sales in Arrowsmith during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £439,366. Terraced properties sold for an average of £278,225, with semi-detached properties fetching £292,368.
Arrowsmith, with an overall average price of £371,518, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Poole (£356,663) and Wimborne (£381,891), but was more expensive than Bournemouth (£279,937).
Overall sold prices in Arrowsmith over the last year were similar to the previous year and 18% up on the 2015 level of £315,426.
