Most of the sales in Aspley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £231,510. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £101,505 and semi-detached properties averaged at £130,088.
Aspley, with an overall average price of £157,365 was more expensive than nearby Basford (£125,127), but was cheaper than Nottingham (£189,915) and Wollaton (£270,438).
In the past year house prices in Aspley were 11% up on the year before and 41% up on 2008 when they averaged at £111,514.
