Most of the sales in Aspley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £237,163. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £109,985 and semi-detached properties averaged at £125,297.
Aspley, with an overall average price of £167,037 was more expensive than nearby Basford (£128,531), but was cheaper than Nottingham (£193,205) and Wollaton (£259,278).
In the past year house prices in Aspley were 12% up on the year before and 31% up on 2016 when they averaged at £127,768.
