Last year most property sales in Aston-On-Trent involved detached properties which sold for on average £340,600. Flats sold for an average price of £398,765, while terraced properties fetched £157,417.
Aston-On-Trent, with an overall average price of £334,386, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Weston-On-Trent (£341,455), but was more expensive than Shardlow (£229,174) and Chellaston (£233,390).
During the last year, sold prices in Aston-On-Trent were 5% down on the previous year and 23% up on 2012 when the average house price was £272,334.
