Bacton, with an overall average price of £221,526, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mundesley (£227,326) and North Walsham (£211,512), but was more expensive than Stalham (£189,980).
During the last year, sold prices in Bacton were 7% down on the previous year and similar to 2014 when the average house price was £221,118.
