Beeston Regis, with an overall average price of £271,954, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sheringham (£272,660), but was cheaper than West Runton (£296,045) and East Runton (£346,635).
In the past year house prices in Beeston Regis were 12% up on the year before and 19% up on 2015 when they averaged at £229,257.
