Last year most property sales in Bentley involved detached properties which sold for on average £724,450. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £297,500, while semi-detached properties fetched £420,000.
Bentley, with an overall average price of £605,300, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Farnham (£579,961), but was cheaper than Rowledge (£727,810) and Crondall (£637,571).
During the last year, sold prices in Bentley were 10% up on the previous year and 9% up on 2015 when the average house price was £553,164.
