Berffro, with an overall average price of £245,595 was more expensive than nearby Gwalchmai (£181,778) and Caergeiliog (£107,516), but was cheaper than Rhosneigr (£457,997).
In the past year house prices in Berffro were 70% up on the year before and 3% up on 2009 when they averaged at £237,500.
There were only 10 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
