Last year most property sales in Bexley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £455,310. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £394,711, while detached properties fetched £638,713.
Bexley, with an overall average price of £437,990, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Old Bexley (£432,283), but was more expensive than Blendon (£395,126) and Albany Park (£397,513).
During the last year, sold prices in Bexley were 4% down on the previous year and 8% up on 2015 when the average house price was £406,795.
