Most of the sales in Blendon over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £450,935. Flats had an average sold price of £275,525 and terraced properties averaged at £401,974.
Blendon, with an overall average price of £407,800, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Crook Log (£400,785), but was cheaper than Bexley (£449,600) and Old Bexley (£449,551).
In the past year house prices in Blendon were 5% down on the year before and 8% up on 2015 when they averaged at £377,765.
