The majority of sales in Blofield during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £358,336. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £248,415, with terraced properties fetching £201,667.
Blofield, with an overall average price of £322,094, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Salhouse (£318,343), but was more expensive than Brundall (£265,035) and Lingwood (£240,356).
Overall sold prices in Blofield over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and 19% up on the 2015 level of £270,553.
