The majority of sales in Botany Bay during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £310,398. Terraced properties sold for an average of £520,500, with semi-detached properties fetching £689,667.
Botany Bay, with an overall average price of £445,707, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Chase (£432,629) and The Ridgeway (£456,636), but was more expensive than Chase Side (£405,741).
Overall sold prices in Botany Bay over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2015 level of £388,946.
