Last year most property sales in Bower Ashton involved terraced properties which sold for on average £337,044. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £377,948, while flats fetched £206,682.
Bower Ashton, with an overall average price of £347,415 was more expensive than nearby Bristol (£306,402) and Bedminster (£304,583), but was cheaper than Clifton (£424,599).
During the last year, sold prices in Bower Ashton were 12% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2015 when the average house price was £261,739.
