Most of the sales in Brading over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £238,667. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £216,238 and flats averaged at £148,500.
Brading, with an overall average price of £207,774 was more expensive than nearby Lake (£189,177), but was cheaper than St Helens (£277,157) and St. Helens (£282,123).
In the past year house prices in Brading were similar to the year before and 14% down on 2014 when they averaged at £242,622.
