Most of the sales in Brading over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £252,219. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £206,383 and flats averaged at £141,875.
Brading, with an overall average price of £215,842 was more expensive than nearby Lake (£197,987), but was cheaper than St Helens (£257,712) and St. Helens (£260,892).
In the past year house prices in Brading were 12% up on the year before and 11% down on 2014 when they averaged at £242,622.
