Most of the sales in Bradley Nook over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £360,630. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £176,676 and semi-detached properties averaged at £204,442.

Bradley Nook, with an overall average price of £273,571 was more expensive than nearby Hulland Ward (£244,140), but was cheaper than Osmaston (£917,500) and Clifton (£323,825).

In the past year house prices in Bradley Nook were 8% up on the year before and 9% up on 2015 when they averaged at £251,128.
