Most of the sales in Brandon over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £216,585. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £147,899 and semi-detached properties averaged at £169,765.

Brandon, with an overall average price of £180,216 was cheaper than nearby Weeting (£212,298), Lakenheath (£194,037) and Beck Row (£229,715).

In the past year house prices in Brandon were similar to the year before and 11% up on 2016 when they averaged at £161,667.
