Last year most property sales in Brent involved flats which sold for on average £374,349. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £589,236, while terraced properties fetched £477,703.
Brent, with an overall average price of £473,575 was more expensive than nearby Preston (£444,919), Wembley Park (£444,735) and Wembley (£432,530).
During the last year, sold prices in Brent were 3% up on the previous year and 15% up on 2015 when the average house price was £412,489.
