Last year most property sales in Brent involved flats which sold for on average £324,526. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £584,460, while terraced properties fetched £482,323.
Brent, with an overall average price of £487,269 was more expensive than nearby Preston (£462,622), Wembley Park (£444,130) and Wembley (£430,549).
During the last year, sold prices in Brent were 4% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2015 when the average house price was £412,489.
