Bricket Wood, with an overall average price of £604,485, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chiswell Green (£586,032), but was more expensive than Park Street (£526,099) and Garston (£403,999).
During the last year, sold prices in Bricket Wood were 17% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2015 when the average house price was £480,366.
