Last year most property sales in Bricket Wood involved detached properties which sold for on average £692,348. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £512,083, while terraced properties fetched £467,000.
Bricket Wood, with an overall average price of £597,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chiswell Green (£589,897), but was more expensive than Park Street (£508,362) and Garston (£421,852).
During the last year, sold prices in Bricket Wood were 14% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2015 when the average house price was £480,366.
