Most of the sales in Broseley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £262,956. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £160,698 and terraced properties averaged at £172,218.
Broseley, with an overall average price of £207,307 was cheaper than nearby Ironbridge (£223,606), Coalport (£320,625) and Much Wenlock (£300,120).
In the past year house prices in Broseley were similar to the year before and 9% up on 2007 when they averaged at £189,536.
